Hello MyFitFam!!

I’m calling to all of you for some help and support.
I have been challenging myself constantly lately to try and improve my health and fitness. I have been finding success, having lost weight, and feeling more capable when it comes to my fitness.
I still have a ways to go yet, however I stumbled across this today and decided to go for it.

The British Heart Foundation is challenging people to cover 26.2 miles over the month of May, in order to raise money for their charity.
I’m determined to crush this goal and far exceed it. I’m going to start tomorrow, logging all the distances I cover in my exercises. I will more than cover the required 26.2 miles in May too.

To challenge myself physically and mentally, and to also raise money for a good cause in the process really excites me! <3

So PLEASE show your support be it just verbally or by donating, and maybe even consider joining in on the action! You can create teams on the British Heart Foundation website, so please let me know if you’d like to and we can join forces! B) Also please feel free to add me as a friend on here so we can show each other support during the process!

It’s not going to be easy for me and I’m going to need this positive energy over the next few weeks o:)
