A dietitian-led study that requires you to include selected fibrous foods in your diet and track your dietary intake using the MyFitnessPal app.
If you consider yourself overweight or obese and are user of the MyFitnessPal app, I would love for you to consider taking part in my research!
All that is required from you is:
- 3 weeks’ worth of complete MyFitnessPal entries (one week of your current eating patterns then two weeks of your eating patterns following the introduction of foods that are high in fibre; such as berries and bananas)
- 3 completed online questionnaires at the end of each week regarding your eating experiences
