Get moving! Because even just a walk around the block burns calories. Read sitting up instead of laying down. Get up to turn off the tv instead of using the remote. Or even just drink lots of water and make extra trips to the bathroom. There’s a thousand ways to add just 10 steps, and they all add up to burning more calories. Make your goal today to add 10 extra steps to what you made yesterday. It’s that simple. Then tomorrow add another 10, etc.
