    I love simple workouts that I can do with my toddler running around! I found this one, I don't know how to upload pictures on here, but I'm going to give it a try this week!!

    5 minutes to toned arms
    25 tight arm circles forward
    25 tight arm circles backward
    30 bicep curls (10 full, 10 half, 10 full)
    15 tricep dips
    15 pushups
    25 tight arm circles forward
    25 tight arm circles backward
    15 tricep dips

    Original starting weight - 165
    April starting weight - 122
    Monthly Goal - 4 pounds
    Ultimate goal -105 (I know that seems low, but I'm barely 5 feet 1 inch, so 105 is in my healthy weight range.)
