I use to work too hard, but not I changed my pace and exercises.

When I started a couple years ago, I would push myself on every machine I could at the gym. Not anymore. Not I might use a couple lifting machines to help strengthen my upper body (since it’s the part I have the most trouble with) and leave the rest for home workouts. My home workouts include balance ball exercises to strengthen the core, then I do jumping jacks, squats, pushups, and sit ups. Every other day I also go for a hike instead of a walk or run because it puts more work in and burns more calories in a shorter period of time!

Sounds like you've created a routine you can adhere to and that will help you stay active for life. Nice work.
I'm currently doing the opposite and going so ridiculously hard. I could take a hint from you0 -
