I’m new to tracking macros, so I need some advice. Is it ok to have half of the recommended value of fat? Because usually me fat intake only comes out to 14 or 15 percent (my protein is usually 30-35 percent). Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I think minimum you want 40g of fat for vitamin absorption and such. You don't want to go too low.1

It sounds boring and strange, so it makes me wonder about what you eat/your attitudes to food.2

I'd go 0.35g of fat per lb of body weight as a minimum.3

Increase your fats by eating nuts that’s what I use. If your following macros why wouldn’t you follow them exact?0
