I am a month into Keto and have lost 15 pounds. I started at 425. I am trying to get out of the 4's but this last 11 lbs isnt wanting to budge. Any ideas?

    15 pounds in a month is great! How much were you anticipating losing?

    When I stall, I eat carbs for a few days. I’ll gain a couple lbs in water weight, but after a week of being low carb again, I’ll lose those pounds and more. I’m sure that’s not a great idea for everyone, but it but it works for me.
