Hi my names sue, I am a 40 year old mom to 3 solder teens and I am back to try again after having few years away. Seem to be entirely useless at losing weight. But due to not having as much stamina and feeling bloated and fat I have decided to try again. Plus I go on holiday soon and it’s given me some motivation. Here goes...
