Id like to have some friends on here so I can stay motivated, learn from others, and get ideas of things that will help me keep going. I was just accepted into AHS ( Alberta health services) weight loss program where I live and I am using my fitness pal and my fit bit to track exercise sleep and calorie intake daily. I have been on here a week on Wednesday. My feed is super boring.. Please add me I have 100lbs to lose.
