I don't do well with motivating myself on working out, I would like to make it a everyday routine.
I have several goals to loose w8, but there are days when I get into slumps & just blow it all off
& other days I'm rdy to roll. I feel like I need to have another person just to get me going
when I need to just motivate myself but having issues doing so.
What are some ways to jump start my day\evening?

You could schedule your workouts in the mornings before work. It sets a nice tone for the rest of the day. And you get it out of the way also.1
