    yesterday I made the most amazing beer can chicken - also known as drunken *kitten* chicken... Take a whole chicken, make a seasoning mix of olive oil, minced garlic, and your favorite seasoning mixes (I used both Montreal Steak Seasoning and Lemon Pepper) rub down the inside of the chicken, the skin and try and gently separate the skin from the meat and stuff seasoning in there too. Use a tall beer can, (drink about half first, ha) usually sold individually, like Modelo or Fosters, and place the chicken over the can, using the legs like a tripod... we did it on the grill, over indirect heat... medium high heat, (no coals under) about an hour for the smaller chicken and about 1.5 hours for the bigger chicken. Sooooo... yummy.
