Binge Eating Solution

I have been a binge eater all my life. I felt addicted to food, could never stick to my deficit because I binge ate every single dau multiple times a day. I reached a breaking point abd was going to go in to my doctor for vyvanse BUT i found out I am pregnant and that it isnt wise to start if not fully necessary. So i prayed to Jesus for help because I dont want to live miserably and unhealtht forever! Guess what He not only gave me a new level of self control BUT a dieting tip thats worked!
Tip 1 is that I eat HIGH PROTIEN i mean 140gs a day is the only thing that satiates. I eat cottage cheese eggs chicken breast tuna and salmon and tilapia. How i know this works is because when i eat vegan meals i am starving and binging an hour later even good quality whole foods like lentils and rice and tons of veg.
Tip 2 is that I set eating alarms. I eat at 8 am 12pm and 4pm and 6pm snack and done. It sounds silly but it actually works because i know when my meal is and i know to keep busy and prevent binges by knowing my times
These are the two things plus the miracle gift of self control. In the past two weeks i binged 4 times insteAd of 4 times a day! This is truly a miracle for me.
