New to MFP

Hey there! I'm a habitual dieter and quiter, but I really want to make some changes and get healthy. I am 213 right now (where I promised myself I would never be) and trying to get down to 190 to start! Baby steps right? Are there any really good tips you guys can give? I'm doing my best to make MFP a habit so I can really see what I'm eating every day. Feel free to add me as a friend as I could really use some support.
