So I've decided to really commit to this app, as I feel it will prove a big help in reaching the goals I've set out for myself.

I had a baby 4 months ago, was quite a traumatic pregnancy and I feel I've really let myself go since she was born.
Have gained about a stone or so and two jean sizes.

In the past my technique for weighloss wasn't exactly healthy, but I'm looking forward to picking up tips and tricks as to how I can lose weight without feeling like the walking dead!

I've rambled a bit, but you get the jist.
