Just made kale chips!!!

I really like them (besides the little green bits that get stuck in your teeth... I always am self-conscious and always drink water/chew gum lol), but have always just made them with onion or garlic powder or sometimes just salt. I'm thinking of changing it up a little, but I want to know if anyone has some super cool ideas?

Have a great rest of your day (or night!).

    Dry mustard
    Wasabi and Soy
    Soy and ginger
    Soy, sesame oil, sesame seeds

Beyond that you could start mimicking popular potato chip flavors. You could also make a yogurt based dip with countless different combinations of flavors.

The dip is an awesome idea... I'm definitely going to try that out. Thanks! ☺

Thanks everyone! I have most of the spices or seasonings in my pantry and didn't even notice them! Awesome ideas :)

The idea of nutritional yeast never came to me... I'm trying that next.

Smoked paprika powder. Also I can get a lot flavoured salts, such as lemon salt, vinegar salt, truffle salt from the supermarket.

I like them spicy with salt and cayenne.

Also a taco flavor mix of chili powder, cumin salt and pepper

My favorite is the basic, apple cider vinegar with sea salt ( a touch of olive or avocado oil if you like)
