Meal timing is completely irrelevant for most people (exceptions being those who need to eat at certain times due to medical conditions, or athletes at the peak of their game where nutrition timing may be of importance).

Don't worry about it, eat the foods you want when it suits you.

I've always wondered about this. I've heard over and over that you should finish eating before 7 in the evening or have your biggest meal of the day at lunch time. I guess most people weigh in in the morning so if the meal has been completely digested you'll weigh slightly lighter. Since weight loss is about cico surely it shouldn't make any difference in the long run?

Meal timing has been shown in multiple studies to not be important. Eat when you prefer ;)

It doesn't matter for weight loss. It is something that some people like to track (I have my free account divided into time periods) and others need to track for medical reasons.

The only reason that one might want to finish up eating earlier in the evening is if they suffer from digestive issues from eating later that cause interference with sleep. I have lost just fine eating my dinner after my evening work outs between 8-10pm.
