Resistance Bands

Where is the best shops to buy resistance bands in the UK? Or which ones online are good quality ??

    Just one word of caution, I'd stay away from those with metal grommets. Too many people have lost eyes from them breaking and hitting them in the face.

    My preferred bands have a door attachment and let you clip on multiple bands to one handle. This greatly increases your options for exercises & resistance levels. Good brands include Bodylastics and Black Mountain, both of which should be on Amazon & Ebay. :+1:

    Are you looking for bands (flat) or tubes? I ask because the previous answers seem to reference tubes, so maybe you don't have the distinction in the UK.

    Take a look at Rubberbanditz.com. There are difference strengths of bands, and there is a blog you can look at that describes how to use bands for difference exercises.

    Strength shop has some good quality ones. Not to expensive either.

    I meant bands as in flat ones :)
