Hiii !
I have two questions for you all.
1) Ladies (and gents if you know) have you noticed any correlations between Birth Control and lower muscle mass? I've taking birth control pills for 5 years now, but I've wondered if Birth Control is having a negative effect on my gains. I'm pretty toned now, however, I'm wondering if my body would benefit exponentially by switching birth control options.
So, any insight on the effects of Birth Control Pills on Muscle Gains?
2) Supplements in General, I know the fitness industry profits from supplement sales, but I've seen a lot of positive feedback from Creatine and muscle gain/tone. What are your thoughts, especially for the ladies?
Do you think Creatine Mono is worth it? If so, which one? Are there any other supplements you swear by?
*** My goals are to gain muscle and tone, I'm 5FT and 113LBS. I workout 6 times a week for an hour to an hour-and-a-half***

Do you have reason to think that your BC is having a negative effect on your gains?
If what you mean is lack of progress, it could be related to if you are recomping vs doing bulk/cut cycles, strength training program adequacy for building muscle, diet (protein intake, caloric intake closely adhered to rather its for bulking or recomp) and lastly genetic potential.
Creatine is one of the most studied supplements. I have taken it 2 times in the past 3 years, both for 4+ months and it did nothing for me and I don't take any other supplements.
