Today is my first day trying this again. I'm lacking serious motivation so I need all the support I can get. I'm a wife and mom of 3 and feel pretty stressed most days. My goal is to lose 45lbs and working on a 1200 cal diet. Feel free to add me.

This is the mistake the most people make and why they start/stop over and over again...
MFP gave you 1200 because that's the lowest they will recommend.
My guess is you are being to aggressive with your goal and trying to lose too much too fast.
Please consider changing your goals to be less aggressive.
