This stall though...

Okay so I can not kick this stall for the life of me. I can normally get past them pretty quickly, however this time is a lot harder. I have increased my water and protein and lowered my carbs. I have also changed up what I am eating to see if that would help. Any other suggestions??

    How long have you stalled and how long have you been in a deficit, plus how much have you got left to loose

    Maybe it's time to adjust your calorie needs? If you've lost weight and haven't changed your calorie goals from the beginning, you may have slipped into maintenance.

    Are you using a food scale and genuine database entries? Are you sticking to your calorie target, every day? Any cheat meals?
