Today is my first day here. I was using a different site to track my foods, but I thought it a bit tedious to navigate. I was talking with a coworker this morning, and she uses myfitnesspal, so I thought I would give it a try!
I started tracking 2 weeks ago on Friday, so I have Fridays as my "official" weigh ins. On April 6 I was at 218. Last Friday I was 216.4. My ultimate goal is to get down to 180.
