It's a three day VLCD (which aren't allowed here) that teaches nothing about nutrition or a calorie deficit4

Nope. Why not use MFP and count your calories? Tons of successful peeps here. There are no short cuts.3

There are different versions of it. Some are VLCDs and some aren't. They're all bizarre nonsense and whoever realized they could register the domain name to get that sweet, sweet ad revenue has a lot to answer for.5 -

OP, within the space of an hour you started two threads, one on having done a 36 hour fast (with 3.5 hours of exercise), and now this enquiring about a very low calorie diet.
There are no quick fixes.
Also, the amount of exercise you're doing every day is excessive, and counter-productive. You're not allowing your body time for rest and repair. It's a good recipe for burnout and injury, not to mention cortisol levels through the roof.10 -
Some reading for you, OP: https://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/why-big-caloric-deficits-and-lots-of-activity-can-hurt-fat-loss.html/
I'd also suggest you have a look at the 'most helpful posts' sticky at the top of this forum and read some of the threads in there.6 -
I was in the military and I can tell you one thing for sure, many of the guys GAINED weight in basic training despite being fed set meals and run ragged0

After years of "diets" i have now managed to eliminate ANY form of it from my life. Calorie in calorie out, MFP, has been the ONLY thing that i have lost weight on and not gained again.1
