Been suffering from PCOS for years and finally got medication correct and balanced, now looking to lose the weight I gained through the process. I need help though, cant do it alone. I'm really motivated when I get support! Anyone want to join my fitness and lifestyle goals. the road will be long as I'm not looking to lose weight fast. As mentioned this is a lifestyle change!
