I have a schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off. Do you guys think your work schedule affects your workouts and dieting ? Personally I think having the extra day off really helps.

definitely. My job is very relaxed about the hours, so no one complains if I take a long lunch break and go for a run. I run a lot more now, I have a hard time waking up early or doing it after work, but doing it on my lunch break works really well for me.

my work schedule inhibits my training time and zaps my energy AND I get to watch smell = all the temptation of others bad eating day in and day out.

I think it affects it if you let it. People make time for what's or who's important to them.

I don't really think so other than the fact that if I had more time off I would probably do another longer ride during the week. As it is, weekday rides are limited to 30-45 minutes for the most part, but I get my longer ride in on Saturday usually.
