you'll break your mother's back. Actually more like a go flying and kind twist and scrape your knee and scrape your hand. And it wasn't a crack so much as an upheaval of sidewalk in two directions (one part lifted left to right, the next part lifted right to left. I'm glad I had long pants on as they probably protected my leg some. I'm also glad no one saw me, I was just annoyed that it pretty much ruined my lunch walk.

bump come on you can't tell me that no one has doen soemthing embarrasing recently. I still feel silly for tripping on a sidewalk.0

I was doing HIIT intervals on the treadmill this weekend which involves sprinting... And let's just say I was kind of sore and not at the top of my game. So I bumped the speed up to 9mph and fell face first and shot off the treadmill! Luckily it was at the gym in my apartment complex and no one else was in there... But omg trying to explain the face bruise is embarrassing.0
