Hi, im a mother of four looking to get back on track and lose my last 19 pounds!
In June i started dieting, doing portions, replacing some meals with shakes etc i went from 218 pounds to 144 today (Im 5'1)
I want to get to 125 by June Im hoping
Would like to find some motivated people so we can encourage eachother
