How many calories do you get for 10,000 steps around the house?
Thanks!

No one really answer that, it’s a very subjective question. You could look up avg caloric burn for how many miles you walked for your height and weight online and see what it says as an estimate2

I’m 5ft 2”, 97kg. I usually average about 10,000 steps per day- sometimes as little as 8,000, sometimes up to 13,000- and get somewhere in the range of 600-1,200 calories, depending on where the number falls.1

I think the question you're meaning to ask, is how many calories you can log and eat back from 10.000 steps? The answer is "none"; your daily activity is what you put in at setup, and the base of the calorie target you got.3
