I'm starting fresh, over fall and winter I lost myself and motivation and dealt with depression but I'm over that and ready to take charge. I got a gym trial membership for 30days and its been like 3-4 years since I've been. Looking for full body workouts to try, and recommendations for scheduling I work m-f 7:15am to 5:4pm. I get up at 5am let dogs out, breakfast for them and I, shower, hair/makeup. After work I'm free for most part but Tuesday and Sunday I do have softball til 7:30pm. Thanks
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend

See whether your gym has something like BodyPump classes. You're basically doing a ton of squats and lunges while using barbells or hand weights for lower and upper body strength. You'll definitely get a full body workout! Looks like you have long and busy days, so you can either (1) let the dogs out, dress for a workout, go to the gym, shower and makeup there, or (2) do any class you can find after work. A yoga class would be a good start, too. The first option requires making sure you pack everything in your bag (you don't want to forget a blouse to wear to work, believe me, I know).

Try the classes!!! If you really like them and it gets you moving, it’s worth the extra money for that type of gym. If you prefer to do cardio and lift weights solitary, go with the bare-bones gym like planet fitness @ $20/mo. It’s very individual decision, it just depends what you prefer.
