Been here for a few weeks now, getting used to logging foods etc. Working with Nutrisystem since 2/7/28 and have lost 20 pounds to date, total goal is 30 but more important is to make the changes required to not put it back on again.
61M started this at 231.6, now sporting 211. Getting back to under 200 would be the first time in 25 years. Long cold winters here in Vermont have been conducive to packing on winter pounds but always trimmed them off in the summer, not so much for the last 10 years as the weight continued to climb, so have to change to intake for good. The big change was quitting smoking 13 months ago and used that as an excuse to pack on another 20 pounds. Have started the process of eating dinners cooked at home but still doing Nutrisystem for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Any and all advice welcomed! Good luck on your journey!
