Sweating for the Wedding!

I am getting married in 5 1/2 months and need to lose 20 pounds (I am hoping 30). I am limiting myself to 1400 calories or less, walking and trying to run every day and doing some home workouts... it is happening but VERY slowly and it's so frustrating!!

Anyone else lost 20-30 pounds in 5 months or less??

    Go for two pounds a week on your calories and be fanatical about measuring your intake and you will succeed. Exercise will improve your chances. It's a piece of cake (that you can't eat).

    If you only have 20-30 lbs to lose, aim for 1lb/week. It will be easier to keep with the program.

    You will want to start maintaining before your final dress fitting.
