Ate like I was still running ultras

Hi,

I’ve lost my way and for the last 2 years I’ve carried on eating junk and not really exercising. I could get away with it before as I was running 80-100 miles a week training for ultras. I sustained an injury and stopped running. I started riding again but only doing a few 100 plus mile rides and several shorter 30 ish mile rides. Not having really done any exercise in last 6-8 months. I’ve struggled to get motivated again and have put on over 3 stone! Need some help getting motivated to get back on track with diet and training.
Any assistance appreciated.
