Calorie Count Help

So my birthday was Tuesday and I waited until today to get my favorite cupcakes that I haven’t had in at least a year. I’m not sure how to count one of these suckers. The bakery lady looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her. Here’s what they look like. Any ideas?

    Find a cupcake entry in here that's about 300 calories and use that.
