The term yoyo dieting is something many of us with food addiction understand all too well. I had a huge success here 4 years ago and lost 118 pound with the help of MFP and logging my food zealously. I failed horribly at maintenance and here I am, beginning yet again. I would appreciate new friends as most of my "old" ones seem to have moved on. I need encouragement, not judgement, so if you can relate or are also trying to lose 50 plus pounds, please say hello.

Hello
I stopped yoyoing (and I actually had 50 pounds to lose too) when I stopped thinking about food addiction, stopped trying to be perfect, and instead aimed to just live a balanced, healthy and happy life. 3.5 years into maintenance.
