Hello, I'm a young woman from Virginia and I just had a baby 4 months ago. I'm just looking for some advice on maintaining my weight.

Have you entered your information into the MFP program? Be sure you do, then log your food intake as accurately as you can. Drink lots of water to keep you feeling full and avoid dehydration. Take a half hour walk every day - there are some pretty nice baby backpacks out there, so you won't have to leave your child at home. The fresh air is good for you both!0
