Say i am cooking 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts... I may bread them or put a sauce on them to bake them and since each one is a different number of ounces using the recipe creator is only so accurate. Would you use the recipe creator to divide the sauce/breading evenly then weigh the finished piece of cooked chicken and log that in ounces?
Say the chicken breast after being cooked is 3 ounces would i log 1/4th of the sauce and then log 3 ounces of cooked chicken?

I usually log the chicken and then the sauce seperatly.0

I would log the toppings separately and I tend to weigh my meat / chicken before cooking you can always put the one you are planning to eat at one end.0

I suppose i could weigh each and write it on the parchment paper before cooking? that could work0
