Carb protein fat ratio

Hi there

Hopefully someone can help me. I'm confused as to the best carb protein fat ratio. I understand that people have different preferences depending on the lifestyle they're choosing but I really don't know where to start. After lots of reading and reflecting I've decided my preference is to do lower carb - definitely no carbs for dinner, but I want a very balanced nutritious diet around this little rule. I have a goal of losing 20kgs @ 0.8kg a week

I would be very greatful for any suggestions or advice.
