300-400 calorie tasty small meals/snacks (higher protein, lower carb, lower fat)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some new food ideas (either small meal or snack type food) in the 300-400 calorie range with higher protein, lower carb and lower fat. Also, if you could please provide the cal, protein, carb, fat numbers for any foods you might suggest-that would be wonderful. TIA

I'm not too picky in what I like to eat so I welcome many varieties of food ideas that y'all might have.

    Some of my favorite snacks are raw almonds, pistachios, cottage cheese, yogurt, turkey jerky. Hard boiled eggs are a great protein rich snack too.
