Cider-Braised Chicken with Mushrooms
I just made the above recipe that was in the videos in the MFP Blog. It was delicious. It says on the video that it is 40 g of protein. When I put in my MFP diary it says it’s 23g of protein but the same almost of calories. What am I doing wrong. I checked and made sure I had all the ingredients added right in the recipe. Has anyone else tried this recipe and logged it into their food diary? What have you come up with for protein. The carbs are about showing 6 g and fat is 23g. Is that high for fat??
