I've hovered around 50 lbs lost for 5 years now. No special magical remedies just watching and moving. It's time to go for the rest. This round my motto is "Can you do this in 10 years?" I will not be running marathons at 60. Or Cross fit at 50. Starving at 40. No shakes for life! No quick fixes. Slow and steady got me to 50 lbs lost and hoping to use the same silver bullet for the next 20...30...40...50? Would love to build a friend base here as I do plan to be here for the long haul. Anybody have 50 plus to lose? I'd like to cheer you on. You do you (slow and steady, crossfit, WW, shakes, whatever) and let's support eachother.
