Lost 340 lbs on my own. And to help me last stages of journey. I had the Gastric Sleeve done 4/11/18. So I’m starting a new journey as Sleeved patient. Anyone out there that can talk with? Ideals still workout and drop weight faster? in liquid stage have been feeling hungry. Idk why or if one few it doesn’t cut hungry need them. really just wanna pick your brains from time make MFP friends. But lost own before surgery.
