Anyone else in same boat. Recovering from cancer and trying to get weight down and healthier while on long term treatment.

    I've seen a few people on the keto forums who are doing keto to recover from cancer.

    I'm 17+ years past stage III breast cancer, quite active (rower) and am now going into my 3rd year of maintaining a healthy weight after losing 50+ pounds here a couple of years back at age 59-60 (now 62).
