This is what happens when a few days break turns into a week and a half. 4d0iagz0t8fg.jpg

I guess it turned into an unintentional diet break! Feels like I wasted this entire month. Getting back on track starting today! Has this ever happened to you? And if so, how long did your "break" last :) It was much needed for me since I've been at this for nearly 5 months now.

Yep. Longest one was about a year, but more typically they last 2-4 weeks.

Well, just get back at a moderate deficit. Don't try going right back to "lose 2 pounds" (if that's where you were.)

I started at 220ish. When I got to 180 I raised my calories (changed to "lose 1 pound") and that was much more manageable.

I have it set to lose 2 lbs a week but I usually end up consuming 1200-1400 calories so it isn't too bad.

I couldn't stick with 1200-1400 for very long. I changed it up to 1600 Net when I hit 180 pounds. It was just too hard for me to stick any lower than that and I had a hard time doing any exercise at all at that level. You'll figure it out. :)

    Diet breaks are good!
