I drink a lot of a no calorie drink mix. My husband has been on my case because it is so very bad for you. I will link the article below. So, over the years I have tried several options but most are actually unsafe or have such a bad aftertaste I wont drink them. I dont like stevia

Today, I discovered that people are using alcohol sugars and yacon syrup and wondered if anyone had experience making tea or fruity drinks with them? The yacon alternative actually claims to improve your health and help with weight loss.

Anyone have recipes or suggestions?

Edit:
Xylitol is off the table because its so toxic to dogs and I dont wan to take the risk

Not exactly an answer to your question, but I drink Raw, unsweetened Kombucha. It is still sweet with some, although vet little residual sugar left over from the fermenting process. Also provides probiotic benefits, which aid digestion.
