On and Off for about 4 years(60lbs) but finally pretty happy with results.

First was about 5 years ago when I first proposed to my wife. Second was this morning. There were a lot of ups and downs along the way but I think that I finally reached a point that I am proud of. Im not a wordy person but wanted to share what long term results look like.

    Fantastic results!! I LOVE seeing long-term success photos. To me they are some of the most amazing transformations because of the discipline and staying power they (read: you) demonstrate over the course of years.
