When the entire time you're at the gym you can't WAIT to be done and get out of there, but as soon as you leave, all you can think about is getting back in the next day. :laugh:0

This. I think about how effortless proper form is in 4 inch heels but in sneakers I need to think about it lol0 -
I do it literally every time I have to pick something up off the floor. I get into proper deadlift position. Except when I'm wearing a skirt.0

I think about proper form pretty much every time I reach below my knees.
But that's because I almost completely destroyed my back 2 years ago, and it took a long time to heal.0
