Delicious snack, easy 30g+ of protein

First I will say I never like cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt, but when you mix them together with a couple other things, it forms a delicious protein-filled snack that’s perfect for between meals:

1 serving cottage cheese
1 serving Greek yogurt plain
Splenda/sweetener to your liking (optional)
Fruit (I personally love blueberries or strawberries)
And if you want a little more protein, simply add in a half-scoop of your favorite protein powder.
I can get an easy 50g of protein in this easy little meal!

    Hmmm. Nice. I am a huge sucker for cottage cheese, sometimes I have to keep it out of the house. I might be able to substitute by adding more greek yogurt, or just choose a small tub of cottage cheese.

    This sounds like a really good recovery post-workout meal :).

    mmmm may try with frozen blueberries! Hopefully all that dairy will sit well. Sounds like a great breakfast.

    Thank you for this recipe! I use vanilla yogurt and it is divine! I even add some Kind brand granola for crunch. Makes a large bowl and is my now go-to breakfast.
