Weight loss timeline

Does anyone else's weight loss timeline look more like an EKG with all its up and downs. I know that weight loss isn't necessarily linear but it tends to be rather discouraging.

it is to be expected. i would say no one's is a straightline. look for the trend and not at the data points

How often go you weigh in? Maybe allow more time between data points.

Yes...everyone's looks that way. Maybe weigh in less often if normal body weight fluctuations bother you.

But really, you're ultimately going to have to wrap your head around the fact that this is completely normal or otherwise maintenance is going to drive you bat *kitten* crazy because you're not going to be one specific weight everyday in maintenance.
