Reasons to get weight off

Below our some of my reasons for sticking with it and getting some of this weight off. What’re your reasons?

1.) Less risk associates with medical procedures
2.) Doctors take me more seriously
3.) I won’t need to think about how much room I’m taking
4.) Travel is more comfortable
5.) Inspire Family members who I want to see in better health
6.) Buy less soap, lotion, sunscreen
7.) Learn to love fashion or at least tolerate it more
8.) Be the best me
9.) Live longer
10.) More confidence in general
11.) Get rid of an excuse that keeps me from some potentially great adventures
12.) Take control of something real in my life
Here’s a dozen reasons but I’d love to think of more- so have at it!

hopefully improve, or even get rid of my asthma
to hopefully avoid future genetic health problems like diabetes and heart disease
bonus- a new & improved birthday suit.1 -
- To fit into my vintage dresses again
- feeling comfortable in my own skin
- to be stronger and hopefully keep my MS in control2 -
Hi, I'm new as of today. My reasons are~
1. Reverse my type 2 Diabetes
2. Be comfortable in my own skin too
3. Enjoy life to the full.
4. To wear darling clothes.
5. I have a closet full of cute clothes I could wear
6. I want to see my cheekbones and jawline again
7. Save $$$ from not going out to eat as much
8. Gain back my self respect
9. I'm sick and tired of missing out
10. Enjoy pools and beach again, it's been too long.2 -
To lower my blood pressure
Be able to stop dressing to hide my midsection
I think I look younger with less face bloat
I like being more flexible and lighter on my feet

-To be able to have photos taken with my kids. At the moment I can’t allow my body in pics and haven’t done for years.
- improve my health and asthma
- Rub it in my sis in laws face since she’s been really nasty about my weight even though she’s twice my size and I don’t comment on her weight.1 -
I work in kg-
SW: 112.6kg. CW: 96.2kg. GW: 60kg.
My reasons:
1. Feel better about self.
2. Fix my screwy hormones, which I’m currently on medication for.
3. Be able to have a baby.2 -
To be one of the smallest ones in a group work picture.
Cute clothes not just ones that fit.
Going to paris with husband in september. Do not wish for parisians to look down on the fat american. Which I heard they do!
Never think of joint pain again.
Control diabetes below a 7.1 AIC.1 -
Knee pain.
torn meniscus and possible knee replacement1
