Stairs as exercise

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and doing stairs for exercise in my work building. It's great exercise and keeping me in good shape. I do about 28 flights per day. This takes about 25 minutes total. I'd like to log each break in MFP, but it says 25 minutes of stair climbing only burns 25 calories. How do I remedy this to make it accurate? I *know* I'm burning more than that. It's important for me to get the calorie count right so I'm eating back what I need to for myself and my baby. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out!

Have you googled stair climbing calories burned? If so you could manually put your cal burn in. But 25 mins of stair climbing should easily account for a burn of 150 cals and that's without knowing your height and weight. Walking briskly burns roughly 80-100 cals for 20 mins so you know the burn is more than that. ( I'm generalizing and going by my own burn for being 5ft 2 and at normal BMI.)3

^^ doing what LivingTheLeandDream said is probably the best if you want to get a more accurate estimation of calories burned. Im sure their are apps who can help with this assuming you have a modern smartphone (one made in the last 5 years)0
