If nobody ate it, they wouldn't sell it. There are plenty of people out there who will eat anything that claims to be "healthy, low calorie, fat free, natural, organic, taste-free cardboard" or whatever. If you like it, eat it. Personally, I don't trust the brand and don't purchase.

The veggie dip is gross. I like 2 of the salad dressings, but the others are gross to me. The honey dijon and balsamic are great. The ceasar, blue cheese, ranch, thousand island are terrible. The caramel dip is actually pretty good.

I use the pancake syrup. Not that good, but mixes will with other things.

Super fruit balsamic is the only Walden Farms product I really enjoy regularly. I do have the caramel syrup in my cabinet, too. Add it to steamed milk sometimes for a sweet treat.

The only thing that will hinder your weight loss @cnjg420 is eating more calories than you expend. If this product helps you keep a calorie deficit and you enjoy the taste of it, then eat it. However, you can eat regular veggie dip instead, if you want - you just have to track the calories for it. Neither is better or worse for weight loss. It all comes down to your total calories that you eat in a day. Period.
